9. Peppers

8. Tomatoes

6. Grapes

To know that grapes are loaded with pesticides, there is no need for studies or reports. Think of all the health problems of vineyard workers and inhabitants of wine regions (all types of cancer, asthma and other respiratory problems, burnt skin, infertility, etc.). To reinforce what has just been said, know that according to studies 80% of production is contaminated and that pesticides are concentrated on the skin of the fruits and as long as the grapes do not do not peel, it is even more harmful.

Studies show that the number of pesticides used on pears has increased dramatically over the past 5 years. In 2010, only traces of products harmful to health were found on pears. In 2015, 5 to 6 different fungicides or insecticides were present on pears.


4. Apples

In addition, strawberries are said to be the fruit most permeable to pesticides. They absorb them and keep them even after picking and a good rinse. We must therefore find a good producer because it would be such a shame to deprive yourself of this fruit!
